Our role
PakistaniShaadi provides planning tools and introduces independent wedding customers and suppliers. We are not the supplier, wedding planner, contracting party, payment processor, insurer or guarantor of a listed business.
Accounts and information
Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their account and use the service lawfully. Suppliers may publish only content they own or have permission to use. Submission does not guarantee approval, verification, ranking or enquiries.
Bookings, payments and safety
Customers and suppliers must independently verify identity, availability, pricing, insurance, licences and suitability. Use written contracts and traceable payments. Never rely solely on a listing, match score or platform message when making a booking or payment decision.
Listings and moderation
Some listings use limited public business facts and are marked unclaimed. A listing does not imply partnership or endorsement. We may correct, suspend or remove content and accounts to protect users, comply with law or maintain marketplace quality.
Service availability
We work to keep PakistaniShaadi available and reliable, but features may change and occasional interruption may occur. Keep copies of critical wedding, guest, contract and payment information.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, users remain responsible for supplier selection, contracts, payments, events and safety.
